Very Bad experience. The Boy sahil shaikh is very incompetent. He changes the quotation every day and is totally ignorant about various charges.on Saturday he gave me in writing that there will be no visa charges today he has backed out when I went to their office to confirm my booking. Even his Boss doesn't seem to be interested in his client's. This don't care attitude is not expected from make my trip.

If you want to get absolutely horrible customer service, deal with incompetent workers, lose your money and never get any viable answer or solution to your problems, this is the place to be. ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. DO NOT MAKE MY MISTAKE AND BOOK THROUGH THIS PLATFORM

I traveled to Turkey through them in June 2022. The packages they offer are competitively priced and have plenty of inclusions. I did face a couple of issues,though. Once I paid up,they went incognito and stopped responding to my calls and mails. I got my travel insurance at the last minute after dozens of calls. My internal travel vouchers were also not given and I had to make international calls from Turkey to follow up on the same. That being said,I would say they have one of the best travel apps I have come across where one can customize packages minutely and create itenairies as per one's requirement. I have planned my upcoming kerala trip through them and created my own itenairy and also received immense support and guidance from one of their agents,Kavita Golecha. Looking forward to my holiday. Hope all goes well this time. Will surely share my feedback here once I'm back!
