Worst experience with my booking. I booked room for 3 nights at Guntur woodland hotel and paid in full in the app. When I reached hotel they denied checkin and said they are not accepting any bookings from MakeMyTrip or OYO. When I called MakeMyTrip customer care they forced me to checkin to another worst hotel (pics has facts about worst bedsheets and toilet with the pipe broken from sump) saying that that's the only option they have. Never ever book using MakeMyTrip again

The Make my Trip is worst application to book tickets and hotels.Please choose another application except Make My trip.The company is cheating to every customer. I faced below problem. My booking ID -NF70159283966992. I booked a indigo flight ticket through Make My trip.The air line was cancelled my flight and refunded full amount to credited in Make My trip.But make my trip debited my entire amount with out my notice and they are not ready to give me my money or they are not providing another ticket also. Make My trip eating customers money.They are not responding when i was called to customer support. The company Eaten my entire amount.They are not giving my cancelled flight amount. The company is cheating as very cheep tricks. Please don't use Make my trip and don't waste your money and time.Please choose another another way. Please support me we are going to put a case in consumer Court. They are scammers please avoid your future booking with Make my trip.

NEVER USE MAKEMYTRIP .. it' s a fraud !! They just don't respond for any issue .. and close the tickets on their own without even responding !!!! WORST CUSTOMER CARE SUPPORT ! Before running a company !! Know how to value a customer !! All these people are just there for money laundering!! Look at the reviews you guys are getting on social media !!! Everyone talks fake about you .. USELESS APP AND SERVICE !!! Watch out people .. once your money is stuck they gonna never respond ! SO WATCH OUT PEOPLE ! Never BOOK WITH THEM

They delay in refund amounts and keep bringing up excuses and if you say this only for offline book so what difference does it make is not the same company, how can a company have 2 different service and rules.
