Professionalism at its worst!! When asked why they could not revert with ticket options earlier, The concerned agent took it personally and told me I had to respect him being a woman!! He also hung up on me. Wish I had a 0 rating to give. Please be prepared for such abuse!!!
I had booked a room at twang 16/03/2022 Zambhala Hotel (arunachal) after reached the hotel they told us hotel has been completely booked, he guide us to go an alternative, mean time we called make mytrip they provided different hotel(cheep rooms - no water, heater, essential toiletries, not even cleaned properly) we highlighted this to make my trip they repeatedly told us we already provide alternate we can't do any thing. finally we didn't used the alternate, after they called 20/3/2022 they can't do any thing for refund. we face below struggled during our trip - they ruin the entire trip (more than 5 hours we struggled with make my trip for alternates) - they spoiled our vacation - one of the bad/worst/cheep/poor customer care from make my trip - I am not trust any third party service provider in future - not even worth for one star (we request google has to provide ZERO STAR)
