The response from call center staff is really prompt. If there is any mistake from their side they compensate for it in the most ethical way. I'd definitely recommend using this app for all kinds of bookings.

My experience with this company was awful. My driver didn't speak English and missed 4 of my tour stops. One of the hotels they chose for me was not fit to stay in so I ended up finding another one. Another hotel, I was shown a substandard room and then they wanted money to upgrade (which i refused to pay). The same hotel tried to do this to another family staying in the property and actually showed them the same room as me. On contacting customer services, they weren't helpful and kept closing my ticket so I would have to do this. If you want to do a tour of India, do not use this company. In reply to make my trip coimbatore, my phone doesn't allow me to call and I spent a long time messaging your business through the app. I suggest you email me or whatsapp me using the details you have for me.

I have made an airline booking (In GoFirst airline) through Make my Trip, the airline filed an insolvency. My ticket got cancelled by the airline & it has been 2+ months already but I have not received any refund till date. I spoke to Make my trip customer care today & asked for the ETA, they don't have any ETA and they are negligent in handling these Refunds. NEVER USE MAKEMYTRIP, incase of ANY ISSUES THEY WILL NOT RESPOND PROMPTLY. I will never use Make my trip in my future.

Hi..so i took a package from MMT for mysore, coorg and ooty and it was so pathetic and disgusting..the hotels that were booked were told that they were all 3 star but all the hotels except in mysore were disgusting..they did not provided basic amenities..hotel meadows residency in ooty was pathetic..second the travel organiser aarti agrawal made the package so wrong..what to say..and she was not ready to co operate when i called her and told all this..i called customer care on MMT , they said we will call you after one hour but never called..i would never recommend to take package from MMT..only gud thing was our taxi driver..i will never ever take any package from MMT

Fraud ALERT : 100 % FRAUD , the lady Ashu who organised Europe trip for us , she tells all kind of LIES and she dont even have proper knowledge about the EUROPE makes the booking . We almost lost 30 to 40 thousand rupees due to her with the wrong bookings and we still dint get the refund.

Worst experience ever. They cancelled a cab I booked from their end showing it to be cancelled by me. No refund and no one could be contacted from their costumer care for 4 hours. I didn't get the cab or the money.

I booked for a pick up cab at Bangalore airport on 11-12-22 and paid booking fee but on landing cab didn't show up and cab driver didn't answer the phone call. Was forced to cancel and take an airport cab. Make my trip didn't refund the booking fee saying I cancelled and unable to reach customer service by phone. Fraudsters

Very good customer service! Very understanding while cancelling under unforeseen issues.
