Booked a hotel in Kodaikanal, after booking the booked hotel's location is showing as Munnar, Kerala. Even after calling the customer care and hotel management number of times no service provided. Didnt even got the refund of Rs. 8000. Even though the managent didnt returned my refund they send me an invoice of Rs. 5000. Totally non professional service.
