This is not 1 star, I cannot select here below 1 star so I am selecting 1. I have never seen such a pathetic service. They have fancy websites to attract people and steal money. Finally they provide worst and dirty vehicle for transportation, fraud drivers who say lie and take money from us but will not take us to the booked places and cheat tourists saying a simple sorry. If we raise any concern there is no policy for these guys to help tourist. I suggest no one to book their holiday from this. This my personal experience with MakeMyTrip for North East package.
We went to spend our holidays but make my trip ruined our entire tour. They provided worst services. While booking they committed for better services and properties. After check in Sterling Thekkady at Kerala. Rooms were untidy full of lizards. They charged me entire amount and atlast we have to spend in a non AC rooms. They mentioned in voucher AC rooms. They are scamming the tourists by giving cheaper price. They are scammers. I will not suggest any tourists to book the trip or book hotels from make my trip. Very bad experience. One word they Cheaters.
They are scammers. Very bad services. Taking money and not giving services which they mentioned on booking voucher. Photos they share in portal. All fake. After visiting the property the service is bad, rooms are untidy, No professional staff also breakfast not provided. I will suggest not to book through make my trip. Else you will ruin entire tour
Don't book from make my trip. They are thugs. Show customers lower price and when we checkin hotel the property was so untidy and also I booked the property at Kerala with breakfast and paid the money but the hotel reception donot served us breakfast and said call make my trip. We have a very bad experience. So suggesting don't book from these thugs and ruin your entire trip.
Team has been wonderful in so many ways from cordination to informing every small detail before the travel. Really commendable!! I have booked many trips arranged by Mr.Vineet and have always been a delight as he understands customer needs perfectly. Cheers to many more to come !!
Very bad services they provided they are cheating the customers by saying lower amount. I have booked property at Kovalam for 2 nights with breakfast and paid them but after check-in I was said by hotel reception that my breakfast is not included. I called the customer service and they are just saying sorry. I won't suggest guests to book from make my trip.
Excellent services and the deals. Mr. Vineet has been instrumental in not creating the travel itinerary as per the budget but also ensures no compromise done on quality & hassle free travel experience. Wish to travel more with them in coming future. All the best !
