Over all trip was good. There were one or two minor issues. Those were pointed out to MakeMyTrip representatives so that other travelers don't face any problem. Hotels were very good. Diver Stevin from Traveloguecochin was extremely good driver and very helpful and well behaved boy. He took good care of two senior citizens like us. In future I would definitely plan my travel with MakeMyTrip.
Very nice experience. Whenever we were in need while traveling, they were just a call away. There partners over there were cordial, soft spoken. Overall we enjoyed our travel with MMT.
Everything was fine, awesome tour planning. Just that there was problem in our Dalhousie hotel room where we had to upgrade the room upon arrival. Other than that everything was perfect. Great management and itenary within a short period.

I wish I could give 0 star or negative marking. After ticket purchase, if you need any information in the matter, they will either give no reply or give you a complete wrong information thereby exposing you into high travel risk!! Please don't purchase any air ticket through the offline counter of Make my trip. Regarding online purchase, I have no idea about their services!!
Pathetic. I still haven't received my refund of Rs 19,000 from the last 2.5 years!!! Such big ads & such a poor display of customer satisfaction!!!! 0/100 for MMT! Since then I have never booked a single flight ticket from MMT!!
MMT is the most fraud company as on date. They loot their customers and their support system is also very very poor. Its better to explore other apps which are way better than MMT.
