Poor service. My bus booking from Delhi Dehradun was horrible with bad experiences. The bus location shared in the website, link in the ticket everything shows a place on Phaharganj in a railway track. Unfortunately I booked uber with the link for 450 rs fair, after reaching there then i understood the thing. I tried to call customer care, no response to the IVR saying that they have many calls and connect via app. I'm sure I will be getting many calls because of bad service. But no use finally i googled and connected bus operators, they were busy due to peak time. I lost one hour in a cab. Finally the bus operator shared the location and when i informed them about the foolish thing on the ticket,they told me that they don't have any control in the link to make my trip you discuss with them. I lost time, money and mind too. Finally to reach the pickup point I paid 774 rs as a new fair. So you can understand the difference between real and shown points Thanks to Uber. Hate make my trip. Waste or time telling the name as service
Book whatever but don't book cabs from mmt. Drivers are going, will overcharge and misbehave and you don't really have an option to reach out to mmt when you need them the most
I booked a prepaid cab service from Dehradun to Chandigarh, on reaching my distination the cab driver, besides toll fee Rs 220 paid during the journey, demanded some strange 'State Entry Tax' of Uttranchal, Punjab and Haryana states amounting to Rs 700. This was over and above the contract. When I refused he created scene . It was very embarrassing.
Never book your room or vacation from Make My Strip, I booked a room in Mussoorie Hotel Abhinandan for my family and room is completely dirty and make make trip is saying that they are making sure the hygiene due to COVID 19 which is completely wrong. I strongly recommend not to book hotel via Make My Strip.

I never seen such a poor customer care service, i received my refund confirmation of cancellation booking but nither i received my refund nor anyone there to resolve it.

This is one of the best hotel in Mussoorie. I'm a localite and always prefer my guests to come over here and stay hete.. The best of of this hotel is it has got the sufficient parking. And my friend Rakesh kumar works here who always support and according to me he is an excellent employee. Well done .
