One of my most frustrating experiences with MMT was when I booked an outstation cab and had to wait until the last minute without any communication from MMT. Despite vacating my hotel room and waiting on the roadside with my family, I received no updates. When I finally contacted MMT, they informed me that the driver had refused the journey and suggested I cancel and rebook, promising a voucher as compensative. It is not acceptable one. MMT is responsible for all issues.
Myself and my wife went to meet the Tour Manager at Pondicherrry and we customized our travel and accordingly the Tour manager tailored our requirements and made a good travel plan. Every thing depends on our customization. Accomodation and transport were nice and being senior citizen they cared well. Thanks to the Team and in specific Mr. Ajith and Tour manager Susi. Firstly I would say, it was my first booking of out station cab from make my trip, and it was more than worst experience which I had just a feminutes back!!!! I would never ever recommend make my trip to anyone and neither should anyone avail their services!!! It is the worst organization ever I have encountered. I had a booking at 11 am in the morning where I had a train to catch after sometime. MMT sent me a message at 10 30 that the driver details will be sent to me within 10 45 am. I waited till then and I called at 10 42 am r Regarding the cab details and the driver details. At that time they were telling that no cab and driver is assigned to you!!! This is really a horrible experience from them since we were waiting for the cab to come and I had patients along with me. The cab and driver is not assigned, they did not even inform and they were waiting till the last moment, how nonsense is this. And on top of that they were offering some sort of vouchers We need a cab!!!not a voucher. Please never ever dp not avail services from them, they will dump you at the end and you will be in hrave trouble. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!
