I wanted to send my parents to a tour. Visited mmt virar branch. They really helped me and guided for the same.all my queries and doubts were attended. My honest opinion is to visit the branch rather than using the online application. The staff here are equally welcoming and polite.Despite of being full on schedule, They gave me a quick appointment since I was in a hurry. Genuine opinions and genuine guidance is what I received in this office. Virar branch Mame my trip is highly recommended.

I must say makemytrip Virar is really customer oriented and very responsive. I spent almost two hours in the office when I got an sms from spicejet that my flight was cancelled Mr. Jay helped me with lot of other options to replace the flight as I had next international flight to catch from Chennai. In terms of travelling means, i think i found someone trustworthy in Virar. Thanks again.

We had an absolutely wonderful trip, and the travel went as smoothly as it possibly could. Everything was well organised. Decent service. Our trip was expertly handled by Make my trip virar...Sudhir sankhe ..palghar.

One of the worst mmt office I visited in years. The staff behaviour was very rude. He did not explained his plan in a good and desired manner. He was just arguing with me. He is just asking us to change my flight tickets(already booked). Very pathetic and huge booooh to this stupid person.

Must read for those who are planning to book via make my trip. If there was a rating lesser that one star I would have given that.We recently travelled to Coorg Ooty and Mysore. First of all they are overpriced. They outsource the transport and local sight seeing to local drivers. The drivers insist on shopping only from places they take you to because they receive commissions. Our driver even got into an argument with one of the shop keeper where we went to purchase something of our own wish. At Mysore there was a change of driver and vehicle. We checked out of the hotel in Mysore at 10 am and were kept waiting outside till 1 pm waiting for the right vehicle. We had two young children with us who were not well and they were aware of this.During this time we kept trying to contact the Bangalore representative of make my trip as well as the Virar vendor. Initially they responded however they were refusing to change the vehicle and after that stopped answering our calls.For a family of 5 they sent a vehicle which could only seat 4 people. To make place for the 5th person we were made to put two of our bags in a bus from Mysore to Bangalore. It was then dropped off with a person totally unknown to us on the way to the airport. Due to this delay our itinerary was not completed. Also the most important attraction in Mysore ie Brindavan gardens was left out without informing us. After all this when we tried to lodge a complaint with the make my trip head office they heard the issue and then closed the complaint without any resolution. My suggestion to all who want to book their holiday with make my trip please don't do so as you will regret it just like we did. It's a waste of money.
