I have booked my trip to Kashmir for 5N/6D through Make My Memories. Mrs. Himani was very persuasive and have been very informative and supportive in preparing day wise itinerary as per my requirements and booking my trip. She has been following up day to day since first day of my trip about day wise program and facilities being provided and she wanted to make sure that everything is going on smoothly The Driver deputed for our trip Mr Preet was very nice and polite person and drove us very safely to all places as per the schedule. Overall experience was splendid and inspiring. the trip has been a memorable one and I would like to plan more trips in future through MMM Tour.
I had a wonderful trip booked through make my memories to Nainital. We had a wonderful stay at sherwani hilltop Nainital in a superior room on the occasion of my pearl wedding anniversary. We had recently booked a package , Nit a good experience , They are just a middle men kind of Nonprofessional at all ... Cab is a third party and all hotels we have to pay , payments are done to personal accounts & no proper invoices provided , They mentioned luxury hotels in itenary but they are just average hotels ... Moreover they will try to book only in DLS hotels as they have some understanding... These are just middle men... Choice is urs ...
Well arranged tour operated by Make my memories travel company , coordinated by sachin sir and her dealing was professional. We had a pleasant stay at Leh, Nubra, and Pangong. This is a fraud agency they do not have there own vehicles they booked vehicles from some other vendors and do not clear there payment. And after that they did not recieve phone calls of the vendor as well this creates soo much trouble because of this customer need to suffer . Worst agency ever I suggest everyone don't do any booking from this agency
