Most third class service ever I seen, they just want their money because after that they can manipulate the trip. Fully fake commitment, worst service , see the room they provide for 5 person where commitment was 2 room in package, vehicle also, after that changed vehicle with extra payment. Mr. Amit Tiwari is the owner of mij, every time change his words, now they giving excuses because they are fraud. Already take full amount with GST but no GST bill invoice provide. What a fake travel agency is this you all can imagine... Main thing is they didn't organised our trip properly because we heard that just one day before they contacted all hotel. You all can ask the hotel owner, like "new padam kothi" kedarnath, "om palace " guptkashi, they provide badrinath hotel in auli, which is 2 hours far from badrinath dham. We all friend suffered lot for this cheaters travel agency.
Hello everyone, We have book package from make india journey for coorg. At the time of booking travel agent share the package itinerary. In this itinerary travel agent agent clearly mention the 18 rooms will be provide. But at the time of check in we got only 17 room, one room they didnt provid us and they didn't even given ROOM KEYS until we didnt give the amount(we have given advanceamountalready). Make india journey owner amith not give the proper money to resort owners and bus ower. Very worst and cheap services provided by make india journey travels. Do not book package from make india journey. They only know how to Cheat customers with booking in low cost and then not give proper response while traveling. Sir, in your itinerary you have mentioned that you will provide us 18 room, one ac bus and 4 time lunch. what happen about that, Why have you given only 17 rooms, 3 time lunch and non-a/c bus and you have taken full payment.
No proper planing and response. Our tour guide visited first time to coorg it was like we took him to the tour You guys only make people fool and RUIN their beautiful time . For you kind information you only sent your person just to collect the amount. He was very rude to us and said if we dont pay him the amount he wont let us move from the hotel is that the way you treat your customers. And please stop blaming others and focus on you hospitality, Service and commitments you make. Guys think twice before you book your tour with this co.
Booked a trip from Delhi to Manali. I must say Make India Journey did a good job. Things were carried out as per the plan. At regular intervals executives from MIJ called and asked about the service and made sure everything went on well. Vehicle provided was new, clean with a obliging driver. Cottage booked at Manali was decent with prompt service. Thank you MIJ.
