The society is full of greenery, fresh air. Serene, calm and quiet. Nearly maintained, newly constructed. Good amenities inside society. Ample space to move around. Shops, entertainment places nearby, society is next to a park . Immediate next space is all empty, hence the hill range is quite visible. Good place to trail around amidst nature.

I have completed 2 years as a proud owner and it's really an amazing experience to stay.

I have shifted here in december, and had a few issues in flat, which sales team promised to resolve. But hardly anything got resolved in 5 months, the sales team is unresponsive. One of my two bathrooms is non working. Also the construction quality is poor.. very much prone to accidents. Will not advice to purchase a flat.

Hello sir I am mahesh kottargi washing machine technician I visited to this society for washing machine and fridge repairingwork regarding. I seen to this society is so Clean and peaceful place.

Worsts construction quality . Flat walls started broken just after 3 months of purchase. I feel cheated !! Advise not to purchase flat from this builder . No after sales support in terms of repairing the damages due to bad construction quality.

Very poor construction quality. Huge carpet area on paper but actual flats are very small. Columns and beams are constructed wrongly so you will observe unnecessary corners in flat. Quotation price is too high compare to actual flat quality.

Residential society is far away from main city. Roads are narrow and has many turning. Needs another wider road to be planned by Pune Development corporation.

Not perfect place but okay okay!
