Worst experience ever...they wrote wrong measurements of fever in prescription which is more than the real ...i hv only fever and they said u have to admit here or we will not give any treatment and charges 5000 rs. For one night. Even they denied to give injection withhout admiting which is even prescribed by hospital doctors....Kota administration should take action against these kind of hospitals and doctors

I had a worse experience over here. Kota's hospital has to evolve them in every single sense. Some of there nursing staff are so bad that they even don't see which part is operated and treat patients horribly. House keeping staff is the worst staff in this hospital. There is no hygiene and cleanliness at all in the rooms.

The management staff is so ridiculous, I went for fever and backache, doctor sent me to a staff to measure my temperature, it was 102.6 in the thermometre he wrote 103.6 in prescription, only mistake I did was, I didn't saybat that time and then doctor wrote 2 bottle of infusion one of paracetamol and on more, and then I did billings and all and went for taking the drip, the staff inserts cannula 3 times in my vein 2 times at the same spot and once other spot, but he wasn't able to do, and When I asked for medicine refund he said AAP to lagwa lo bhaiya ek baar inse bhi try karwa lo, like he was choosing clothes for me, I don't know where to complaint against this, but seriously never go to this hospital NEVER

Today visited emergency in early morning and attended by duty staff and doctor so curteously. All were very helpful.

Worse experience , rude staff as well as bad maintained hospital I lost my father in this hospital they were not able to cure a dengue affected person. In ICU they didn't allow to meet with the family members only for few seconds.

Doctors are good but untrained nursing staff, hospitality is very poor, my daughter is admitted for 3 days but they haven't changed bedsheet even a single time, ward has no facility,no ventilation, utilities will be marked below zero, beds are too small for a patient to sleep, it will take too much time to take medicine from medical store, overall management is not good. Please improve

Staffs are very very very rude... Especially the women who make prescription and medicine store people. Can't talk nice with student also Sare hospital Mai student ka fee 100rs h Or yaha pe 400 rs loot macha rakha h inlogo ne... PS : I suggest don't ever go there until you don't have an emergency.

Staff specially housekeeping staff are worst ... I will complain at consumer court ... they dont know how to talk .... worst hospital... they do not care about hospital ... if they don't want to work why they are here... one housekeeping female staff minoti is not bothered to attend patient and also asking other housekeeping staff to not work ... she is do ridiculous... I request management please ask her to leave
