The foods served at it's restaurant are tasty with reasonable rate considering its prime location.

Hotel infra is very old and bathroom is very stinky and smells a lot. Blankets never seems washed in a season and old model TVs available. Location is gold else everything is bad in this hotel. You will just regret once u arrive and the money they charge u for this.

Place is just beside the main highway so you won't have trouble finding the place. Cleanliness is a factor here and everything is dusty. Food is decent here and you'll get a good service here as well. Staff is friendly and rooms are quite big considering the price. But there is no sign of Wifi.. even in 2020 whatsoever. If you wish to stay here for a while and do not have a car (we did have a car) you're gonna have to hire one to visit the nearby tourist spots. 80% of the time TV channels are not working here. Luckily the pricing of the rooms and other services are quite good. Overall it's a nice place if you want a very cheap stay and have your own network to stay connected.

I use to visit this hotel since last 10 years but today I found the extreme degradation in food quality...I have given my personal feedback regarding this to the reception of maithon hotel they assured me to give their best in future

I was in this hotel just to have some starters and tea, I didn't stayed over there. The food was good. The position and inside decoration what we saw is good.

Food served here takes time to be served but is WORTH THE WAIT. Not too much crowded A.C. resturant. Parking lot is available. Family friendly environment. Interior decor average. Food is primarily of Indian menu.

Good Food with reasonable price

*Good Stay* As the name suggests, the hotel is situated at a very short walking distance from the scenic Maithon dam. Nice stay, good facilities an d the food quality was good. Loved the outing at the Maithon dam including the boating tour to the island
