Well maintaine sitting arrangements and road situation very very bad...most of the buses not available at the time of down i.e 6pm to 8 pm...very bad service I ever seen...

Poor maintenance Like platform is all broken and people who want to goto bhandara gondia they have to stand on platform only no sitting for them... Also if you do inquiry about time or any thing staff is super rude . Well it's government property cant say much

The bus station always seems over crowded. Most of the nearby district places are accessible from here (frequently running buses). Washrooms are not well maintained. Paid parking is available in the vicinity. The help desk employees are helpful
