The food is good and the ambience is superb. The rate is fine and if you are two and opt for non veg you will spend around 700 for sure, but the thali is worth the amount. You can take rice, daal unlimited. The smoked pork dry is really nice. The staff members are friendly. Enough seating space is available and parking for vehicles is not an issue.
Good service with a pleasant atmosphere. The quality of food is good, not much spicy. We tasted Ari fish with curry and mutton curry, the taste was very good. Not much spicy. The place is recommended to visit with family. The dining hall is spacious. We also liked the masala imli (tamarind) drink, which was provided before dinner.
We ordered one veg and one pork thali .Did not liked it. No fries were served with thali. More over taste of the dishes were not up to the mark.Pork Khorika was half cooked . Til pork was average. I will prefer Khorika for ethnic Assamese Thali.
Mice and mosquitoes were present within the eatery. We discovered a stone in the rice and sand in the object. A foul odor was also present. However, the waiter was dressed casually in shirts and trousers. It resembled the Dhaba wait staff. However, the atmosphere is excellent. I still occasionally go to this place, but it's changed since then. I want to advise the authorities to make sure everything is checked and maintained to a higher standard than it was.
The behaviour of the staff towards the customers is very pathetic. Customers' satisfaction is of utmost importance for any business. Being this a festive season, they will just try to rush the entire process of serving to serve more and more customers. But in this attempt they treat the existing customers like a burden. Staffs should be trained properly in this regard.
Being in the service sector myself, I know how much one needs to devote for customer satisfaction and in such a competitive market one strives for excellence. This place, alongwith overpriced menu especially spiked rates in the festive season has the worst service staff. They do not give customers their due customer right and treat us wrongly and make us feel insulted and embarrassed. The food served as well, isn't upto the mark and has lost it's authenticity. Really, very upset!! I would like to rate it minus 10 out of 10
Initially served with cold food later on after complaining they changed it. Ambience and sitting arrangement is good but i did not find anything good in food especially Veg.Thali. Though it doesn't burn much on the pocket but the taste and quality of food is not worth it as per my own experience.
i really like the way their ambience captivates people. the food is great, completely ethnic food and the location is also optimal. despite the quick service, the waiters were a bit absent minded. i asked the same waiter for the bill FOUR times. please see that the management staff is completely attentive to their work. overall great experience.
