Worst hospital in Pune Specially the pathalogy lab is disgusting filled with unprofessional doctors and nurses. The lab technicians and nurses have no sense of communication skills and are very rude. Have never come across such a useless staff in a hospital. Treatment and service provided is absolutely nothing compared to the huge amount being charged. This hospital is badly in need of good well educated staff.
The hospital treated my daughter's cold, cough and high fever well. They were fast, kind and effective. She got better soon. I trust this hospital a lot.
They are looting patients don't waste hard core money in this hospital... purpose they delayed your treatment to increase Billing.. and medical store so much expensive that they give you medicine at higher rate under the brand name.... suggest that don't buy medicine from mai mangeshkar just buy it from outside......if you claver don't go to this hospital.....
The doctor (Dnyaneshwar Diwane) did not come even after waiting for one hour.The time on call is told as 6:30. The doctor did not come till 7:30. And they lie that they are in OPD and will come in 5 minutes. Eventually I had to come back from there. Those people were lying.
Disgraceful and arrogant path lab staff. Treat you like beggars. There are 1/2 labs nearby if you need an option. Doctors are ok-ok.

1) Hospital needs to grow up 2) please arrange general management and communication skill course for the doctors. 3) although DMH is big in volume of patients just see their Admin and management part how well they are managing, MMH having low volume of patients still not able to manage the things properly. 4) some person's although claiming doctors primarily looks to be village ward boy. they really need to work hard. 5) gap of communication between doctors who visit on call basis and resident doctors. 6) if management or trustees really interested to improve upon, will be very happy to meet in person. 7) deserves negative rating.
