This was the most disappointing place we stayed during our visit to India, you can get much better value generally at this price point. Rock hard bed, traffic noise all day and night, bathroom not clean and generally just a bit unclean with sheets and the smell in the room. The thousand staff there didn't really know what was going on - I would look at some reviews across other booking sites for a more realistic understanding of the place.

Elegant decor and a lantern-lit garden contribute to a charming, old fashioned ambience. Great location to walk or tuk-tuk from. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Most of the service is friendly and helpful but some delays with checkin and checkout make it feel like they're still ironing out their processes (probably acceptable given they opened recently).

Beautiful place with a colonial atmosphere. We went for a beer and had a lovely time there. The staff is nice and helpful. It was raining and they walked us to our hotel with an umbrella.

This time we decided to celebrate our 3rd wedding anniversary at Mai Heritage with our family members and the experience we had here was really commentable. Everything was well organised and planned before hand and the staff was very co operative and everything from the cake cutting to the starters , drinks , main meal and the desert were planned exactly how I wanted it to be. We were welcomed with a smiling face and the food was served hot and the staffs served us with a smile which filled both our hearts and tummy. Heart of the old city, truly a wonderful experience. Very pleasant ambiance and the place has maintained its antique vibe with the little trinkets that are artfully placed all around. Food was fantastic as well, especially the seafood items which were cooked to perfection and had just the right amount of everything. Worth visiting for sure.

The stay here was simply amazing. The location was also easy to reach. The rooms were so clean and classy. Loved the service provided by their staff. The complimentary breakfast was top notch and really delicious. Best of all it was such a cozy and aesthetic experience staying here. Would definitely recommend this place

The ambience is so great. The food is really tasty. Good customer service. The place is very well maintained. Sufficient parking. Location is also superb. Tried the chinese cuisine -mixed fried rice and mixed noodles.Both were really tasty,and highly recommended. The garlic chicken was also really delicious. Beef fry was nothing special,yet good. The french fries were crispy and in large quantity. Both indoor as well as outdoor services are available. Overall a nice ,peaceful and scenic place to spend time with friends or family.
