I take XUV400 electric on 4/10/2023. Polite and humble before the vehicle delivery. At the delivery time, the vehicle was Untidy and having scratches. After one week, paint fades and then they reveal that the vehicle was painted by them before delivery Frauds cheated me by giving a repainted vehicle by taking the price of brand new Going to file complaint in consumer court

One of the worst service centre you could ever walk into. From customer relations to vehicle servicing you get the worst experience. You will be kept unattended for hours, tried their service thrice because no company service centre was available near, miserable service and untidy work every time, even after escalating the service experience.

Excellent customer service...loved the overall booking to delivery service. Daveed was my sales executive who assisted well enough from test drive to delivery. Was an excellent experience overall. Highly recommend SS Mahindra

Went to check for an EV car and test drive. Very good reception and the vehicle details was clearly explained. Test drive was also good. Vehicle was spacious. However was not impressed to find that the 2023 model vehicle had only basic features when compared to similar models from other car manufacturers. Also lacked safety features like ADAS which was my primary concern. Overall a good car however I was not impressed to make a favorable decision. Did not find any impressive reviews from other users as well.

We have been on the hunt for the red colour option of Scorpio N Z6 for past few months until one day I contacted Mr. Daveed regarding the availability of the desired variant. Later that evening he informed me of the availability and thus began our journey of owning one. The combined cooperation of Daveed, Nithin, Arjun, Aneesh, Anandhu, Sabitha and team is appreciated indeed! Although there was a slight delay due to transportation issues, Daveed and Nithin ensured the delivery was made as soon as possible. Thankyou! I recently serviced my XUV5OO. Eventhough I had booked before one week I had to wait for 1Hr for a technician to attend. No service advisor. Inaddtion to 60000 Km service requested for gear shifting complaint. After 3 days no service advisor contacted or updated the details to me. As gear shifting complaint I thought 2-3 days will take for repair. Then I contacted the MD, he promised to deliver the vehicle after completing 60000Km service without attending gear shift problem on 4th day 4.30 PM. I reached 5 pm but the vehicle is delivered at 6.30 pm. After one month I noticed that the battery of the vehicle is replaced with an old one of same brand. Instead if 2022 battery 2018 battery is fitted. My battery warranty card is clear evidence of looting. Since after 1month the complaint will not be success. Hence I had to purchase new one. Totally disappointing service in SS mahindra Vazhayila.
