The Sales Consultants were indeed very helpful and courteous. I particularly want to mention one Mr Ismail who very patiently listened to my needs and suggested ideas. The showroom is kept neat and tidy. A could not do a test drive as the demo vehicle was not available at the moment. However an appointment was fixed for the next available date. A nice experience altogether.

While booking all are very polite, helpful and active. When a booking is cancelled the customer has to suffer. For the refund, we have to contact many many people and most of them won't attend the call and if he takes the call he won't reply properly. I cancelled my booking on 03 May 2023 and till date (23 May 2023) the money hasn't been credited into my account. The team promised that the refund will be processed between the 20th and 22nd of May 2023. On 23rd May I called the showroom and talked to the Finance Department, the scenario is that they don't know about this refund now. The answer was, need to check if there are any emails on my refund or not. Again if the email is there, it will be a 2 ~ 3 days long process. What a customer service Pothen Hyundai... Oh Sorry.. Hyundai Showroom is closed because of your wonderful service provided to the customer. Now on the same building, you became Pothens Mahindra.. (Will update this post when the refund is issued..) Update on 09/June-2023 Tired of calling and after many false promises from the showroom side, I came directly to the showroom and sat there for long one and a half hour and then they paid me the refund via IMPS transfer. So the matter was keeping the money with them and delay it. They can easily use the money for some kind of rolling or invest on other things.

There should be an option to provide negative star I am writing to express my deep disappointment and frustration regarding my experience with the booking of an XUV 700 at your dealership. I booked the XUV 700 in Jan 2022 with the assurance from showroom of receiving the vehicle within time The showroom agents are not answering calls, I have tried every possible number which I could find from online and also contacted Mahindra Motors who provided me another number of one person who is the General Manager but his number is also not answered Given the significant delay and the lack of transparency surrounding my booking, I have been left feeling frustrated and let down by the overall experience. I hope that you will take this feedback seriously and address the issues I have raised.

Pls note showroom and workshop is closed forever til new owners or manufacturer take up. Next closest service station from Mahindra is at least 20-30 kms

I just wanted to share my new car buying experience with " kollam pothens Mahindra". It was a very smooth process from the beginning to end. I would like to give my high praise to Mr Karun, Mr Ratheesh, Mr Sajid & the whole kollam pothens mahindra team. Thank you all for the great effort for making an outstanding experience.

Bad experience with the Kollam showroom. We have booked for a new vehicle during November 2022 and the sales person whom we were dealing didn't pick the call. We paid Rs 21000/- since we didn't get the vehicle on time we have request for cancellation and refund of the money. After a few months since nobody was picking the phone we visited the showroom personally and request for refund.They handed over a cheque and it was not honoured. Till now the amount was not refunded. Not at all expected from a Mahindra showroom

The worst service ever, both sales and service team. We bought a Thar from here. Since Day 1 we have been having many issues. We had to be behind them for months to resolve this. After this we found the gear box issue and seat belt issue, both manufacturing issues. I wonder what quality check they do. Such an irresponsible behavior from each one of the employees. Once gear box issue was found, we gave the vehicle to resolve this. We got the vehicle with windshield broken from the service side!!!!!. After weeks of debate, we got it replaced. And now the new windshield has issues. What service does Pothens deliver? "Get any vehicle from Pothens but customers don't actually get it. Pothens will keep on servicing the vehicle?????" Before @Mahindra Pothens respond with a drafted message having details of CRM sales and CRM service number, please be aware it's absolutely useless to report it to them.
