This is one of the best properties in Gurgaon when it comes to the apartment layout. This might prove to be a timeless property as all the current developers are just focusing to squeeze in more apartments in less area. There's hardly any property which gives private lift lobby and running balcony with an excellent apartment layout.
The money paid for maintenance is justified for the services provided, and with Tata Electric putting up chargers inside the complex, it will be icing.

I was thinking of buying an apartment, so went and saw the Mahindra Luminaire complex recently, and also spoke with a few residents. Apparently they have a revenue road of village Behrampur running right through the property, dividing the complex into two parts! The open public access is a BIG SECURITY RISK for the residents !! Wonder how a reputed developer such a Mahindra's built the property without first sorting out the issue!! TRULY SHOCKING !!!
Visited the site of Mahindra Lumunaire a few days back. In terms of the location, the project is excellent and has all the amenities in place. The project is very spacious and has a great location advantage attached to it. I was highly impressed with the project.
