I had a great experience at Horizon Motors, the Mahindra automobile dealer. Their customer service was impressive, and they made me feel valued throughout my visit. The massive showroom was well organized, showcasing a wide range of Mahindra vehicles. I was thoroughly impressed by their attention to customer satisfaction and the overall professionalism of the dealership.

Very bad experience with sales executive. The accessories installed from there are poor quality. They installed poor quality speaker in the marazzo for 30k, speaker and music system(android). Later we spent 6k to change both front speaker to JBL to make the sound good. After full payment, the sales executive was unavailable on his phone even its ringing. Later contacted the manager to process further dealings.

Very poor customer support I took delivery of brand new car from here. They give ex showroom price wrong. I am not mentioning the name of the staff but be careful with the sales team otherwise they will bag you. They will attend your call until you give full payment after that they don't pick your call. You may need to call manager to solve the issue and fix delivery date. Accessories installed are in poor quality, poor speaker has no sound later changed from outside. Be careful!!!!

Customer dealing from horizon mahindra service centre is really bad. Bloody customer dealing from some staffs. They thinks that they bought and give us the vehicle. Really a waste experience from service center about the customer handling. I have never experienced such a waste behaviour from the staffs (Avinash& Geo). Total wastes. Horizon mahindra kottayam service center wants to improve for selecting staffs.

Horizon Mahindra provided us the best experience when we took the delivery of our new Alturas G4 from their new showroom at Adichira. The hospitality and customer care shown were really remarkable. Even the opinion was same during the first vehicle service also. All staffs are so courteous and they were very keen to make the customer happy in all ways..
