This is very good place for servicing cars. The staff are very good and polite and treat the customers well. Deliver the vehicle on time when it comes to only service/regular maintenance . Mr. Kalimuthu does a good job on that. Kudos to the team working for him. However when you have any body work or any accidental claims the vehicle will not be delivered within the committed time frame. I had the same experience twice. Thus reducing two stars .

Good response and clarity in service. Mr. Kalimuthu gave me a detailed and clear explanation regarding the spares availability and time to replace the spare. Very punctual as well they completed the service as per their commitment. Very good place to service our car.

The service for my Thar is very good. Particularly the dedicated care by Mr Kalimuthu is to be appreciated. There is marked difference in riding comfort between pre and post service. Good job team.

Excellent service, I had an accident in Pollachi yesterday (17/12/2022) Saturday and my new Mahindra Thar was taken to police station and on Sunday morning Police gave me Insurance paper and unfortunately it was Sunday and all service center was closed. I call up Mr. Vijay kumar of Mahindra service centre and he accepted my call and told me that he is closed on Sunday but told me that he will check if he can arrange someone to repair the vehicle as I have to travel all the way back to KOLLAM. Within 15 minutes Mr. Vijay kumar called me and told that he will arrange someone to fix the vehicle. It was excellent service and they repaired my car and it was ready to use by 5 pm. Mr. Giri ( Service advisor ) , Mr Vasanth (Parts Manager) and Mr. Murukesh (Dentor) they all worked the whole day and made my Thar in excellent condition. I personally thank the full team of Mahindra Service centre Pollachi for the excellent work they have done on a Holiday and made me feel relaxed.

Wonderful service. The technician was on point and was percise with the work Overall the service and experience was just flawless. If anyone has any issues with there Mahindra car just don't look for an other options these guys are the best.
