Absolutely plaintive behavior of the staff from this workshop...there is absolutly zero hearing of the customers here ... recently I went there for my work ...and it was such a disquieting deportment from ...here in this workshop customer need to run here n there for things not a single workboy was assigned up there ...fun fact people working there dont know where the spare parts are givin to customer...a worker saying its in bodyshop others are saying its in service area...why do consumer like us need to go around and search for the parts...i am not saying that the stores one was wrong or somebody else ... its just that if a car entes to your service center you need to appoint a manager for his /her work ... hopefully this thing should be resolve ASAP

There was an accident outside the service centre. The staff Shekhar knowingly said the damage amount to be 40000 while the damage only costs 8000. The remaining amount was kept by the staff Shekhar. The other party also claimed to give 5000 back but have not received it yet. Please don't give your car here for service, you cannot trust the staff, if they are the ones robbing us.
Engineers (Service Managers/Advisors) are good, esp, Mr Sonal Goel & Mr Neeraj Talwar. ---- Middle management and top management is fairly okay. ---- Workshop mechanics are okay; generally, the whole unit is having laid back attitude, lack of passion, and lack of zeal. I think their work pressure is too much, which further degrades their performance. They need to keep a tight grip on their staff and should confirm appointments only up to a certain number of vehicles which they can cater in a day Or two, what's the point of keeping long line of vehicles waiting there. Junior workers, mechanics, helpers, etc., expect tips.

Received fraud job offer from this place, were asking Rs. 720 for uniform even before the first day, then started abusing when we inquired further. Requesting you guys to take required action.
