Owner little rude..over all good But room not neat

I stayed in a non ac with balcony room here for 3 nights,came for my friends marriage. Place is decent their balcony room is great. Pros: Easy connectivity to market, auto stand, bus stand. Clean and decent rooms. Cons: Should give Complimentary Water bottles. Geyser should be there in bathroom. Should have landline to call reception for any room service, had to go down multiple times. Tarrifs are on higher end. Does not accept cards. Only cash and UPIs.

Worst hotel ever stayed for the following reasons. 1. Provided 7 numbers out of which none of them picked up when arrived at the hotel. No one at the reception or at the premises. 2. The room provided for me was an incomplete one which was not cleaned for long time. Please check the photos attached. 3. Arrogant behavior of the staff. Asked for alternate room. He said all the rooms are same condition and replacement is not possible. 4. Waste basket is not available in the room. 5. Drinking water was not available at the hotel 6. Blanket was not provided.

Quite congested place in terms of room space as well as pathway. There is no lift and wheel chairs accessible. Though the have balcony rooms that's quite good. But bed and other stuff are so so. 2 person can accommodate easily with minimal luggage will do good. If you are travelling with kids and family it is not suitable. Though other than these things it is located near market area and nearly 700m from railway station and you can get frequently autos from the stand.

Rooms had a pungent smell.. ac not working , no hot water .. above all the receptionist is very rude and very poor service .. I don't recommend. Very bad experience

Worst experience...Staff is arrogant...rooms are good but expensive they didn't provide hot water...

the semi deluxe room is advertised as 190 sqft. but it barely is 100 sqft. it looks like an office room converted into bedroom. very unreasonable and miss advertised. the room was not cleaned and very dusty. photos taken of the dust by the bed. A very shabby place with strong smell of dust. a very congested car park without the entire car length fitting. The cars rear end will be on the road. The place is absolutely unreasonable for the rates they charge. only prefer this place as your last option when no other accommodations available.

Worst service i ever got from a Customer care executive. I just called there for some rooms regarding my friend marrige. The executive was so rude and not friendly at all. Worst experience
