Poor Administration and Unprofessional Service I recently visited this medical clinic and had a highly disappointing experience. While the clinic boasts good doctors, the administration is severely lacking. The token system, supposedly in place to streamline appointments, is a complete failure. Not only did it not work properly, but after paying the doctor's fee, they failed to provide a proper schedule. Despite taking a token a week in advance, I found myself in a frustrating situation where the clinic staff were unresponsive to my concerns. It appears that the clinic prioritizes financial transactions over patient care, and the lack of communication regarding doctor schedules is unacceptable. The staff, excluding the doctors, seemed inexperienced and unprofessional. Overall, this has been the worst medical clinic experience I've encountered, and I strongly caution others seeking reliable healthcare services to explore alternative options.
