I had a wonderfull jewellery set for my wedding, my baby shower and for my brother marriage and I would highly recommend MAHILA PASAND RENTAL JEWELLAERY I am very much satisfied. And you can see more and more unique sets to your special occations Staffs are incredibly welcoming and helpfull

One of the worst experiences I had with this Mahila Pasand. Lack of responsibility from the working staff, no follow up call or texts from the store, staff give no respect to customers on calls or their responses. I had booked my wedding jewellery a month prior and had paid the advance amount and everything.The staff informed that I would be getting a call 2days prior they had to discharge my jewellery. my wedding was on 29th December and I had a call with the owner on 27th myself as I didn't hear any response from and didn't wanted any last minute problems taught it is best to contact myself prior and pay the remaining amount.As usual on call the owner sent me the scanner code to pay the remaining amt and I cleared everything from my end and he informed please do not worry madam tomorrow we will be contacting you and will deliver your jewellery. It is 1 day before my wedding where my jewellery had to get delivered and since morning 10AM I've been reaching the Mahila Pasand store contact persons through calls and msgs and there was no response at all and finally by evening 5 I got reply from them asking abu all the details abu my jewellery and stuff which made me sure that they even forgot to contact their customer if I hadn't reached out and my big day would have been spoiled if I had trusted these guys and didn't try to contact them from my end. I would've made some 40 to 50 calls that day as it is my wedding tomorrow and these guys being soo reckless in doing their jobs even after the customer pays the full amt.The owner who promised that the jewellery will be delivered his phone was switched off that day and the lady staff whoever answered the calls were js cutting my call after I ask them about what is happening with my jewellery if it is getting delivered or not.Most of my family members also tried to contact them as they were cutting my calls continuously and they kept telling they will deliver the jewellery. After so many struggles which is been faced by the customer by continuously contacting the store, multiple calls from family members to store employees, irresponsible and careless and irrespective and negligible responses from the lady staff ,dealing with them for the whole continuous 4hrs we got our jewellery delivery after so much pressure from the customer end Brides or anyone my suggestion to you people is not to trust these guys who doesn't value customers time, value or money and choose some other brands who is quite opposite to them in dealing with customers especially if it is your big day or someone else's coz they don't deliver your products even after paying the total amount.

The collection is just awesome...you canmix match and select accordingly...staff are very helpfull in finding the perfect jewellery for your costume... Reasonable pricing makes MAHILA PASAND the ultimate destination for bridal jewellery needs.
They are not respond properly...we visited their shop they said u go and check our page and select jwls we will clear on vedio call and u can book on vedio call like that...but after I massaged them send 2options then stop the conversation,,,and they did not do vedio cl nothing even i msg them continuously ...this is how they treat customer I'm really bad about their response ...
