Very bad experience Very very bad as property is not maintained and food quality was very bad all 4 times meal was super bad we have complaint about the lunch quality, and in dinner they have severed us left over food served in lunch which first time our worst experience and in morning breakfast was really really worst. and Most of the facilities were either closed or in such terrible condition that using them was out of the question. The wave pool, which could have been a fun experience, was marred by the presence of insects and debris floating around. The swimming pool area was no better, with ongoing labor work and a shocking lack of any filtration system. The water levels were so low that it was barely usable. It was clear that the maintenance of these facilities had been severely neglected. While the staff was polite, it was evident that they lacked proper training in customer service. Their efforts couldn't make up for the overall disappointing experience we had throughout our stay. I cannot in good conscience recommend anyone to visit this resort. It's imperative that the management addresses these issues, from hygiene and facility maintenance to the training of their staff. This place sorely lacks value for money and even basic hygiene standards. I sincerely hope that the relevant authorities step in to rectify the situation before more guests have to endure such a disappointing experience.I request kindly do not visit this place and don't waste your money

The location is perfect, the stay gives us a luxurious feel. The management was humble and they are doing extra for every guest. They arranged bonfire for us when we requested. The evening near riverview was breathtaking. We have read lot of negative reviews before going, we faced some of the issues there but management able to manage the issues and the are doing their job to overcome the shortages.

I had a great experience in this resort. Night view and common sitting area was well decorated and maintained. For childrens they have adventures activities also must try with family budget friendly also.

hotel was neat and clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was amazing and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Very nice kids play area. Best place. Highly recommendable

Disappointing Resort Experience Our stay at the resort, known for its water park activities, left us quite disappointed. Unfortunately, during our visit, there were electricity supply issues, and the backup generator failed to provide power for a considerable period, affecting not only the rooms but also the entire resort. Additionally, the condition of the swimming pool was subpar, with debris floating in the water, which was quite unsightly. We even encountered a scorpion in the water park, which was a concerning safety issue. On the culinary front, the food quality and taste were disappointing, as the dishes lacked flavor and were not up to our expectations. Moreover, the promised activities that were mentioned in the resort's offerings were not operational during our stay. In summary, our experience at the resort was far from enjoyable, and it felt like a waste of both time and money. Regrettably, I cannot recommend this resort to others based on our experience

Extremely bad experience. If you need to eat kadhi khichadi in the dinner then you are most welcome. You can get only two items in the breakfast. Food quality is very poor. Maintenance of the waterplay area is not upto the mark. Please don't visit this place with this high cost of package. We are very disappointed.

Service was very good. Location is on the bank of the river. Neat and clean rooms. Need to work on taste of food.
