I've been a regular customer of this shop for quite some time, and today, I visited the store to buy a dress for a child as a gift. Unfortunately, I couldn't find suitable options, and I understand that it can be challenging to find dresses for a specific age range. However, what disappointed me was the rather unpleasant attitude of the salesgirl after I expressed my disinterest in making a purchase. It's important for customers to have a pleasant shopping experience, even when they choose not to buy anything. On a more positive note, my previous visit just three days ago was quite pleasant, when I made a purchase for 3k rupees from saree section

The price is higher than other shops. But the fabrics are good quality. Good behavior of employees.

Perfect customer service, the sales people are apt ones, the price varies with quality of the dress you take.

6/7/2020 Went there for purchase only shirt material and Dhoties for family members, finally we purchased wedding dress and party dress also. Nice collection of wedding Sarees, better than Mahalekshmi silks (Thiruvalla) unique colour sense, good staff and good behaviour, awesome approach, very helpful for the selection and showing the material. But Management can give discount for the heavy purchase, Here you go ! Thank you guyz !

This is one of the best textile in Alleppey, Mainly in the festival season time there is some good collection here, the clothes stuff is also very good. We can get the suitable selection, but in the off season the dress collection is very poor. At that Time limited amount of dress selection may be available. That is the only drawback that I faced from here. Otherwise the customer service is very good, very polite The textile can avail good spacious of parking.
