Location is good , Room rent ok. But very dirty, They never change bed sheet after check out. No one is available to take your luggage at 1 st floor, no lift . I stayed at Bhavan 2 . I think Bhavan 1 is better than 2. There is absolutely no room service and cleaning of room but while checking out one watch man asking money though he refused to bring my luggage from 1 st floor.

Good place for group accommodations. Rates are not high. Also it is in-front of south gate.

Until we checked in and collecting the amount they're very nice. But afterwards there behaviour changed alot. While check in that manager knew that we are 8 people & While check in they collected Rs 3000(Rs500 rent & Rs500 security deposit) for three non AC rooms with a promise that Rs1500 will be returned back while check out. But later they changed words and collected extra amount & didn't completely refunded Rs.1500 to us. Manager response is very rude. Will never walk into that guest house again.

We(8 members) visited this nivas on 6th July'23. We took 3 Non AC rooms costing Rs500 per room. We paid Rs3000(1500 room rent & 1500 security deposit). Manager promised us to refund security deposit of Rs1500 while check out. But while check out he didn't repaid completely and paid only Rs1300 to us by showcasing extra persons, which he need to inform us prior to boarding. When we questioned about this his response is very rude. Worst manager I ever encountered. He flips his tongue and lying completely that he never told that he will repay the deposit completely. Kindly ask for receipt while paying amount, otherwise he will flip his tongue and loot you. Best thing in this nivas is its proximity to temple and bhojanashala is also very good. But manager is fraudster. Beware of him.

Nice home like food , Veg thali is provided by the bhawan and it was good, Food parcel facility also available

Want to book room but not able to contact or make online booking. In some pics got mobile no and landline no but got no response.

Never ever I had food that much tasty in south side ,that much food quality was good

Very cheap and good Hotel. Neat and clean and best ia near ti temple
