Excellent place for seafood lovers, we went to Viman nagar branch and glad we went. Food was excellent, also tried their chicken dish which was different, tasty and well presented. Fish tikka, chicken chuka and surmai fish curry. The breads and rice preparation was equally good. Experience was as good as our visit to their Mumbai Juhu location. Hope to go again soon with a bigger party.

This Lunch Home is specially for those who are in love with sea food So it's basically a fantastic lunch home in vimannagar I have ever seen before, taste was excellent Value for money I can say it's worth it. Place has cool vibes and staff is so cooperative and ambience is cozy so you can actually be there with your family or friends. They have seperate bar section so if you are a bibulous person you can have alocohol also Overall it's a fantastic place to go.

5 October dasshera dinner @ mahesh lunch home Would recommend people to try pollichittu fish steamed cooked in a leaf was yummy Chef special surmai was outstanding Chicken crunchy was too amazing What i really liked is the kind of varieties they are introducing. However one really big issue faced for the second time discrepancy in the quantity of food that has been served, we did bring this to the notice of managers available. Finally a good seafood place in Viman nagar. I would have to usually travel into the city or some far off place to enjoy some authentic and good quality seafood. But with Mahesh Lunch opening here, it has saved me the trip. The ambience is nice , spacious and great if you want to go with a large group as well. The appetisers I tried and loved here were the fish Koliwada and Bombil fry. Do not miss the Bombil fry here, it's rava fried and a literal melt in your mouth food. In main course I would highly recommend, that you fry Crab gassi. Quality of crab here is fantastic and also the gravy is take enough so that you can easily eat it with rotis or Appam also. But the mocktails here are pretty basic and don't really go well with the food that is served. So you can easily skip them and instead go with something traditional more like a sol kadhi or a kokum sharbat . Overall had a good experience and will definitely visit again

We lately visited this place called Mahesh Lunch Home which is popular for its seafood cuisine. The place is located in Vimanagar and is quite big and well maintained. The staff is cooperative and attentive. We started with seafood soup, which was served warm and had a mixture of all types of fish varieties in it. The blend of flavours was rightly extracted. Bombay duck fried was the best starter here and of great demand. The crispy coating, succulent and soft bombil inside made it our favourite here. Veg crispy again was too good as the peculiar flavours of veggies were hitting. Bbq chicken salad was a total hit again. Do try it. We also had Fish (pomfret) pulimunchi with malabari paratha. The sweet and sour taste was thoroughly loved by us as it was a different dish we had. The curry consistency was right and enjoyed with Malabari paratha which was soft and crisp. Lastly, we had caramel custard. We had the best time here. Do visit them and enjoy seafood here as it is their speciality.

One of the best Fine dine sea food restaurant in viman nagar.. Excellent ambience..but lacks in service.. Tried few dishes here.. Starters were good... Especially bombayduck rava fry was awesome ... But didn't like gravy dishes.... Also few staff lacks training.. I ordered something and they baught something else.... Lots of options in menu.. They even show you fresh live fishes... It will be hard on your pocket .. But...You can give it a try sometimes... They sell 20 rupees water bottle for 60 rupees which is ridiculous... Mahesh Lunch Home As we all know Mahesh Lunch Home is known for its seafood dishes. They have newly opened their second outlet in Pune at Viman Nagar. The outlet is spacious and the ambience is decent. This place is perfect for family lunch/dinner. The staff here is cooperative and the service is timely which is appreciable. We started with warm and comforting seafood soup, which was highly nourishing and light on the stomach. Winters demand such healthy soups to keep the body warm. So do give it a try. Bbq chicken salad comprised of tender chicken chunks rightly cooked in bbq sauce, veggies, cherry tomatoes, and sauces were drizzled on top. The sweet and spicy taste was enjoyable. In appetizers, we had Bombay duck fried which was a total win for me, as the crispy outer covering and tender fish inside made it a perfect dish was tasted well with the green chutney served. So the chutney complemented the fish. Do give it a try. Veg crispy I had here was the best I had in Pune. When I say this you don't need a detailed review just visit them and dive straight into it. Fish koliwada could have been better as the outer fish coating was thick and had no particular taste as such. In the main course, we devoured fish pulimunchi (baby pomfret) with neer dosa and Malabari paratha. This Mangalorean special dish has a distinctive sour and hot taste as tamarind is added to it and is cooked in a blend of spices. One can enjoy it with rice, flatbread or dosa. We ended our meal on a sweeter note by having caramel custard which was soft and had the right balance of sweetness. We had a great experience here. Visited this wonderful restaurant last weekend to try out Mangalorean cuisine . They are well known for their seafood. For appetizers we had Corn and cheese tikki melt and veg crispy. We have tried their Paneer malipuram ,I must it was damn good,on medium spicy side and went well with Malbari paratha. For desserts we had Sizzling brownie with ice cream,must try Overall a great dining experience!!
