Mahendra Travels - Bus ticket agency in Raipur - Raipur, India

I was traveling from Nagpur to Raipur, was told that it's ac/valvo/multiaxel vehicle. The fact was that its very dirty, vibrating without suspension without curtains. Speed can't be more than 60kmph on top of that he is stopping multiple times to get the passangers. Result is the bus is late by 2 hrs.

FRAUD BUS SERVICE. We booked AC sleeper bus tickets but they changed the bus to non AC Dint even bother to inform. When enquired, they refused to reply saying this is what you get. Tickets were booked online so we don't want to get into your problem. No refund no information no decency to inform/update. There were other passengers with similar compliant. AVOID THIS BUS SERVICE

I Am not happy with your service your Staff has bad behaviour and not Committed for their duty My Father send 1 parcel from Raipur to Bhopal your driver sad he will riched to Bhopal at 6'O Clock am I called him at 5 am but he didn't receive my call than I went that location which he told me to pick my parcel but he was not came... So I again try to call him he said he turn his bus To Indore due to a major accident on the road so he told me that my parcel will came to Bhopal at 11pm so I agreed but now after 11'O clock I called his so he said he Drop my parcel At Indore Office and He Miss behave with my and abuse me I promise I never forgot your service never ever I want my Parcel back and my money too and I want that driver his name is *Mr Ravindra Singh*

Warst service I have Seen Bad behaviour No responsibility And Abusing to their customers I will never use this for traveling or Transportation services... Need Apology from Ravindra Singh (driver)

Even in Ac sleeper the seats are very dirty and the condition is also not upto the mark. I will avoid travelling by this bus service in future.

First of all i would not recommend anyone to travel through mahendra travels. All the employees are clueless, non polite and un professional. I travelled from pune to raipur(1st march) and raipur to pune(5th march ). It was a horrible experience on both routes for me. Volvo ac sleepeer and ac sleeper both buses are dirty , full of dust, and rude drivers and attenders. While coming back unfortunately the bus met with an accident. The drivers really drive like crazy. The snacks, midway stop, water bottle all things are of poor quality. I strictly tell everyone to opt other travels.

Fast safe comfortable cheap I travelled from raipur to kawardha on the Mahendra bus. Online booking was easy and allowed choice of date, time and seat which was great. Loading of the passengers and luggage was orderly due to the conductor host who also travels on the bus. The bus was new and had facilities equal to airline travel. The free entertainment system had limited choice but most could find something suitable.

Very bad experience rain water leakage bus condition very poor wash of money service very bad no corporate any staf members charging point not working I pay nagpur to pune 1400 rs this price mane mor option plz team Mahindra this is very serious issue plz action
