Shocking Experience!! I happen to buy 1 more ring for my fiance from your Ichalkaranji shop, but to be HONEST, I was not at all satisfied with the service and pricing policy of yours. EVERY SINGLE SECOND the Price of my ring was changing today when my brother went to collect the ring. I will NEVER ever suggest someone of my relatives in Ichalkaranji, Kolhapur to buy from your store. My 3 sisters are settled in Ichalkarani and have many more relatives there, will make sure they also don't purchase anything from your store. Sneha maam dint not gave us timely updates on either of the things apart from calling for payment again and again. Really WORST experience. Customer satisfaction should be utmost if you want to retain them. Please take the necessary action on this, hopefully your other customers also has the same experience.
