This is a must visit place in case you visit Mahe... This has the feel of Pondicherry but the town is way too small... In case you visit this place.. you will feel like visiting it again.... Just go explore the entire town that had a French touch to it... Especially seek permission from the local municipality to visit the light house...
The lighthouse is a concrete structure which upsets the aesthetics of the entire location. The building is horrid in shape and design and barely serves the purpose. People don't really come to this spot for any public activity.
