I purchased tent from Mahavira Tents, and I must say, their service is disappointing. There's a lack of timely delivery, and they don't send someone for installation as promised. Additionally, getting them to respond to calls is a challenge. It seems their focus is solely on taking money from customers rather than providing satisfactory service. Overall, their service is subpar, and I would not recommend them.
Worst Experience Ever!!! First they promised to give the tents in one month but took 4months to deliver the tents that too after regular calls and followup. Now the tents are received its been more than a month but still they haven't sent their staff to setup the tents. If you want good and timely service don't go for Mahavir Tents as they don't answer or respond to the customers for weeks.
Customer response is really bad. They dont value customers time and doesnt respond for weeks. If you need timely deliver and installation of your product dont go for their service.
Pathetic Customer Service. Book your tents and then forget them for 5-6months. Even though they promise to deliver and setup the tents within 1-2 months but its been 5 months and still they havent send any of their staff to setup the tents. Still they tents are packed and lying uslessly.
Poor customer service they dont have time to respond to their customers nor completing the project. Still my tents are lying in a corner and they dont have time to set it up nor responding to calls.

Our Experience with Mahavira Tents was outstanding. We ordered 105 Pagodas with 5mtr X 5 Mtr Size Specifications for our Project at Mumbai in May-2021 and they delivered the same with Zero Quality Compromise. Their Business Ethics was also very nice. Commitment, Quality and Delivery timeline was Very Good!! ............Yes.....Cost/Rate was also nice. We are Very Glad that we did business with Mahavir Tent....
The service is not proper. A friend of mine purachsed 20 camps from here and within 3 months the tents quality has become worse. They have cheated him. Don't trust this company. You will later know the reality of their service and quality. Beware
