I really want Google to add zero star option for this particular place. Never havebI ever come across any hospital with such poor manners and behaviour. It was so shocking and unbelievable. The staff shouted at one of the senior patient because they were making sounds in their sleep. The caregivers of patients are scolded on random things. Caregivers are also asked to sit out on the chairs entire night if they wish to accompany their patients or pay the bill for another bed if they want to use the bed. As many other people have already mentioned you have to keep this hospital as the last resort. *To the management* CHARITY isn't supposed to make you feel worthless.

Wonderful set up with a very friendly and supportive staff. Treatments are done on a very reasonable rates and its very helpful for people who are unable to afford hospital bills. Specifically, Dr. Baliram Jadhav was exceptional in his service and always had an extended hand towards us. His Patience and fine sence of judgemet are deeply admired. My experience is worst. Worst support staff in this hospital. They all are treating patients like patients are coming for free treatment. Its a trust hospital but if people are paying something for service, so they should get services atleast worth of their charges. Comparatively there is less charges than any private hospital but if you are ok to accept bad service in that then go with this hospital. Please verify your bill while discharge time. They took Rs1200 extra from me. I fight and reimburse that later. Support staff is thinking their job is most tougher than doctors. Cleaner ask patients that should I change bedsheet or let it be. Which bedsheet should change everyday. Cleaning staff changed our patient bedsheet only twice in 7 days. Everyone is frustrated there with their job and duties. I dont know then why dont they leaving their job from this hospital. Not only Hospital services but also OPD services also worst. They call patient before one hour of Doctor visit. Doctor comes after one hour of their timing. Waste of 2 hrs more than of 10 patient in a row. All doctors comes late in OPD and if you ask anything to staff there. You will get insulting answer in shouted voice. Really bad experience. Worst support staff.

This hospital is run by a trust therefore don't expect high hygiene standards. The Staff is really rude(my personal experience & you can read other reviews too) & always in a fighting mood with patient's relatives. The only thing is their rates are affordable but no personal care is given. Keep this as your last option.

Good only for less fee for test. Otherwise due to trust hospital they do not care about patient there are common medical for the patient. Dr talks rudely with relative of patient
