Mahavir Harina Vanasthali National Park - National park in Hyderabad - Ranga Reddy, India

Went to the park for birding.Small gp of birders including young people was also there for Birding. Quite a good walk with few small water bodies. Didn't see much for a seasoned birder but good for a beginner. Nice butterfly park here and some animals like black deer. Overall a nice place for young ones to visit and get close to nature. Stayed in tanam cottage. Best nature surrounded cottages with limited food access inside. But we have option to order food from outside or we can get food from outside to have our tummies full. Very good place for family.

Good place for nature lovers.. Nothing much to explore other than spotting deer and monkeys! Safari ride is everything there!

Think before you visit this place. Magamit harina vanasthali national zoo park is located near LB nagar to Hayatnagar highway and 12 km to LB nagar metro station. There very few animal like deer, duppi and peacocks ,monkeys ,and pigs No proper ambiance like washrooms , drinking water . Food is major problem. You have to bring your food. Entrance fee are For adult 110rs with safari For child 90 with safari Safari will take 15 min only. Not more than that In 15 min you wont see many animals. Best suggestion better not to visit this place to see animal , u must plan nehru zoo park. But there is butterfly park, which is nice only. Outside are allowed

We can go on safari to see deers, monkeys and wild boar. Adults 110 rs, kids 90rs. In 30 min everything will be done

There are 50-70 deers in jungle safari management is also good and salute to them the way they are taking care of deers

You cannot walk inside but have to take a safari ride. Outer area is open but it is quite small. Visitors are not allowed to walk inside because of wild boars. Atleast that is what the watchman said. But they charged us entry fee just to get in instead of saying that only safari rides can be taken. Very bad maintenance. However morning you can go to long walks inside the park by paying some fees. It's open from 5:30am to 9am for morning walks.

Good place for a quick visit. Better to go in early morning or after 4 pm. There is nothing inside the park to see. The only thing that one can do is safari which is of 10-15 minutes. Mostly you see deers because it's a deer park instead of this you can see wild boar, peacocks. Entry fee 30 Rs Safari- 50 Rs
