Bought a 2BHK here today, my first home, construction has been going on for 7 years but all legal documents are finally cleared and the age has left no impact on the building as far as I can see. The work is resumed and going in full force, They have mentioned the possession will be in March 2024, lets see how much truth is in that. Location is excellent and the amenities are good.
Location is just on Airport road. There will be a new metro station coming up, WIP. Overall work is still under progress.

Worst in customer relationship.. Especially Nalini on customer relationship manager should be removed from the designation assigned as she never manages it anytime..these ppl on front spoil the name of Mahaveer ,I suggest some escalation contact instead of sticking on to a particular person who doesn't care to work.
