Shocked to see such a great service in a government hospital The doctors on the shift in emergency were really helpful specially Dr Akhshi Savia (not sure if I captured it correct) and calm. Shared the updates and cooperated.
This is one of the oldest hospital in the area but has not changed with time. Even many govt. Hospitals are better than this. One doesn't feel of being inside a private hospital. Many of the doctors appear to be trainees. The staff is not keen to attend to patients, no privacy while examining a patient. Cleanliness is very poor. Needs lots of improvements.
Such a good service and humble behaviour with everyone, mgm hospital deserves best star rates... big thank to all staff
Worst Hospital, And Management. Bad for patients, They don't care about patients they only care about money. Even nurses in ICU don't care about patients and all students are there worst management. Don't go here. They don't have a heart, doctors don't say sorry properly after death of patients and they don't even inform ASAP to the family of patients about patient's death. They keep patients on ventilator and tell their family that patient is alive even after some days, only for money.
Worst hospital I ever saw.... There is no zero rating that's why have to give one star... None of the staff is polite... nor doctors nor any other staff.
Very bad service, patient disappointed with there bad service, after 1 week not given ct scan report, 1 week later report received but film not provided because no print, technical team on board,,2 week after no response about film, go here an there , we don't no, no time to find ,, all time time pass there staff, very bad , private hospitals fee-9000 ct scan ,at mgm it is 7000/- but time consuming 3,4 weeks take for ct scan report and film.very very bad hospital.
Extremely bad, rude and careless behavior towards patients and attendees by few doctors. However they are few good doctors too. The hospital management should focus and take strict actions against the drs and staff who behave badly with the patients and their family members. I am kindly requesting the management not to encourage such behaviors and gain a bad name for the hospital.
Worst hospital ever. Nobody cares about the patient nobody entertains them . Sitting from past 4 hours no checking is been done only bp and pulse checking. They are not concerned about the patients but their own problems and gossips
