Good doctors but very poor service. I've taking my mom for a regular treatment now and none of the staff seems responsible. They don't understand the concerns of the patients and always prioritize their own comfort. One of the worst experiences in terms of service. Staff seems to feel like they're paying you to get the treatment and not the other way round.

Huge hospital with with very helpful staff . There always an administrator waiting to guide you . There's a huge team of competitive efficient doctors to make all efforts to help you in your ailments. The patient foot is nutritious & delicious going with his health The hospital canteen too has good taste hygienic food .

Serving Health in a very good & neat environment. And making the dull faces Smile again. Great Behaviour, Excellent Hospitality in the memory for Epitome of Ahinsa the "MK Gandhi". I am Yashvant Rao; I was admitted in Mahatma Gandhi Hospital from 4th Sept. to 8th Sept.2023 for Hernia Operation, operation was very good done by Doctor Raj Kamal Kanojiya Sir with team Dr. Aman, Dr. Drurv, & Doctor Rekha really well co-ordination with entire team, even every one so kind & helpful & dedicated for his /her job. MGH is really a nice hospital , I went for my father's treatment and got a very nice response. the staff is proficient and caring , specially SRCC oncology staff was very humble full of knowledge and was intent to serve at best . Hospital administration is also very helpful and impressive it was properly managed hospital with proper systematic approach I wish good luck to entire management

Very bad service n experience. patients go there for a better treatment but their doctors and operators are negligent n insufficient. They treat every patient as a athlete. Very worst situation in dental department. There opd counter(dental) Ma'am behavior is so frustrating. Doctors are avoiding n postpond the patient operation n they approach to patients contact their private clinic. Management is so poor n incapable. They treat RGHS patients as a burden.
