Based on positive google reviews we have spoken with Sanjeev ji and Ravinder ji, and the itinerary was planned for 10 days covering Shimla, Kullu, Manali, Dharmashala, Dalhousie , Amritsar. pickup and drop is from Chandigarh. Our trip will start from tomorrow morning, hope we would have a pleasant experience with Mahasu travels. Will be sharing the detail experience here. Update on 27th Dec: Our scheduled flight on 21st December late night is cancelled after boarding into the flight because of bad weather conditions at Chandigarh, and there was not any alternative option given to us by Indigo for the next 2 days , hence we had to drop our plan . But as everything happened before we understand anything so we forget to update our driver that was assigned for our trip. But we have updated Sanjeev ji about the situation. As the driver has already arrived hence we have informed we have no problem of deducting 1 days of fare from our itinerary. But our entire deposit of 12,000/- was deducted. Not happy with this gesture as it's a pick time hence there shouldn't be any issues of car not getting any bookings. Note: this I have not expected from Sanjeev ji being a reputed brand with lot of 5 star reviews Update : I am not very happy as the entire token of 12000 amount is deducted, which is not a very good experience for us. Hence updating the review to 2 star.

it was a great tour with you..at first i contacted Mr.Gopal Thakur after having the no at fb.he provided me a great guide & a great friendly driver Mr. Vijay Kumar(vijay bhaiya).. i think he was the best driver as well as a good human being. next time i wish i will hire him again for his good behaviour,good driving & best tour guide.last but not the least i am giving 5 star for him.. -With regards & love from Mr. NAYAN RANJAN CHAKRABORTY & Mrs.MADHUSREE CHAKRABORTY FROM WEST BENGAL.2

Very polite and helpful staff, had a great experience travelling with mahasu travels everything was very well planned stay was awesome and hotel provided them very neat and clean . Driver bablu's behaviour was very good and driving skill in hilarious safe and upto mark .I really recomended mahasu travels services to other my friends in future use. Best travel agency for Himachal tours . The cab that they give us for 10 days Himachal tour is neat nd clean . Cab driver Mr vipin is also a great experience for driving in hills . Thanks to Mr Sanjeev thakur .

We recently went to Shimla, Kinnaur, Manali ( Could not complete Spiti circuit due to snowfall). Miss Meera Sharma who arranged Hotels, Cab etc was extremely helpful and supportive. All the hotels were really good and staff at each hotel was very polite and service provided at each place was excellent. Breakfast and Dinner which was included in our package was very delicious. We were provided with Innova cab which was a excellent condition and we never faced any issue. Special mention to Mr. Shakti Ji who was our driver. Shakti is a local from Himachal and knows all the routes. He was always punctual and friendly. We had a lot of fun with him during entire journey and we look forward to explore Himachal with him in future. Most importantly our trip was arranged at very good budget
