It's a great place to stay. Good hospitalality by the host. Nice ambience. Staff is extremely friendly. Rooms were spacious and comfortable. I would highly recommend staying at this place.
Very clean and supporting staff. Felt like I was at my home. And all the amenities provided are useful. Especially it is hard to stay at hotel with children. But here it is suitable for children and elders.
Good accommodation, courteous staff. Location wise this location is close to Tiruchanur than Tirupati. Autos are available within 100m distance, options for food are limited around the location. Overall decent and peaceful stay except for location. unlike other hotels in town, they allowed 24 * 7 checkin which is a great option considering odd Darshan timings.

Excellent spacious and clean rooms. They even have amenities to cook for yourself. And there is a smart tv to entertain yourself. They don't provide any food options but you can order in Swiggy :)
