Had a wonderful stay at Mahas Elite for 2 nights. We booked a 2 BHK which was very spacious with all facilities. The toilets are very clean. There is hot water available. There is a well maintained kitchen with filer water facility, induction cooker and utensils. The property is just 6km away to Alipiri mettu and very convenient as there is Uber and Ola available anytime. We enjoyed the stay and the would prefer the property on our next visits and also recommends who wish to stay here.
Great.. luxurious... homely.. cozy.. A pleasant stay with good mountain view and bear by to all basic and personal needs.. Good stay with with complete homely environment .. neat and tidy rooms with complete new style service appartments... Near by to all restaurants, super markets. Good and friendly services..
the property is very well maintained, it's neat and clean, including the wash rooms. the home stay staff are very helpful and always available in case of any assistance required. they have all facilities like geyser, ro water purifier, fridge, a functional kitchen etc, which makes travelling with kids easier and comfortable. they charge for electricity seperatly, but that's not an issue as it is to promote responsible usage of electricity. for a stay of 2 nights stay we paid 130 as additional electricity charge, so that's being charged reasonably. they do have a power back up but only lights and fans function when on inverter. all in all it's a wonderful place stay specially if you are travelling with kids and/or elders.

Had a pleasant stay in the rooms , well maintained and staff were supportive. Overall I can say its a good place to stay for a family with 6 members or more.
Our stay in Mahas Elite homestays Tirupati was a very comfortable and pleasant experience. We booked a flat for 3 days. It had all the facilities needed for a family of 4. From beds being comfortable to having access to television, everything which required was available. It was really neat and hygienic. We loved it and highly recommended place for a family or group.
Excellent Homestay..Very well maintained, Very Clean rooms with all basic amenities required for a family stay without any prroblems. Very Polite and cooperative staff. Never felt we are away from our home. Appreciate Mr.Madhav and his staff for well maintainted home stay. Recommending to all my friends and Family members to stay here whenever they visit Tirupati. I will be looking forward to stay here during my Future visits.
We stopped at Mahas Elite as an overnight stopover. The reception was very courteous, he was very knowledgeable about the place and suggested a few places based on our time constraints. the rooms were very clean and comfortable and we could use the kitchen to cook. Also the location is not very far from many of the attractions in Tirupati. Recommend strongly to try them out
