Very good stay with family for 3 days. Minor maintenance works like fixing missing toilet door handles, squeaking cupboard doors, leaking toilet taps would make this a five star rating. Property is otherwise well furnished and maintained. Only new thing is that guests have to pay separately for power consumed during the stay. And all 1BHK apartments are on the terrace whereas the lift stops one floor below - becomes difficult for older people and when hands are full of bags.

The interiors were decent and neat. The biggest reason why I deduced 2 stars is because they asked me to pay the electricity bill, which was really weird. I mean, you go out of your home to not worry about bills anymore and this place makes you pay for electricity. Leaving that, if you're in just for a while, you need some place neat and tidy and you're with family, this place is not bad at all. Just hoping they change the 'pay your bill' rule by my next visit.

We booked 2 Bhk and was provided 2 one bhk upon payment confirmation. There is no ceiling fan in hall. Just a wall mount was provided. Rooms were in terrace and we had to climb steps from 4th floor. Room service was very poor. Service guys were asking money for cleaning . Room cleaning is part of the package. Quality of service and maintenance detoriated .In 2020 it was good. This is my second visit. No more they maintain same. After booking, once you check-in, admin doesn't pick your calls. Wish they honestly review and go back to maintain same quality

Mahas homestays located in very good and peaceful location, and near by railway station and bus station. Rooms are spacious, very neat and clean. Staff are very friendly and will be there to help you all throughout . All amenities are there in the room. You get everything over here and can cook your food 2bhk and 1bhk are available and there pricing is also very affordable.

It is a newly constructed staying.<br/>The in charge Mounish is a very friendly and gentle person. The rooms are very neatly maintained and I recommend this for families. I stayed here with my family of total 5 members. The rooms, bathrooms are spacious and hygine. It has a kitchen and they will provide you the cooker and induction stove if u want to cook. The price is reasonable and really felt home. Do not miss the coffee and tea as they make it very good. This place is in tirupati and not in Tirumala. However we can't get this kind of stays on Tirumala hill. It has lift and cameras. We need not to worry about safety about things. It has sufficient parking for four wheelers. And the locality is very silent and vehicles free but very near to the main road. I was really happy for getting this stay..

Decent stay in Tirupati. We stayed in the 1BHK flat. It had bare minimum kitchen essentials (plate, glass, spoon, pan, electric stove). The kettle and pans were worn out and not really usable. The rooms were comfortable enough for 1 or 2 night stay. Wifi speed was good.

I am Prashanth from Chennai, stayed in Mahas home stay with family. We felt comfortable staying here and it's actually a 2bhk apartment and felt like staying in our own home. Excellent Customer service by Mounish, really appreciate for keeping the place so clean snd hygiene. We will stay here again

Overpriced place. Would have happily given 4.0 rating if this would have been in a price range of 1500-2000. The rooms are very small. They charged us extra Rs. 600 for additional mattress and they didn't have an extra blanket to provide with it. Kitchen does not have enough kitchenware. They do have sugar also in the kitchen, so basically you have to get everything. We've stayed in other homestays and in this price range, you should atleast provide the basic stuff. Hygiene of the place is good though.
