It is spacious with ac library .Room is double seater and triple seater @2700 per bed , security money is refundable @5000 and minimum 2000 should be mess & canteen bill whether you eat or not it may more than that but not less. Overall good for bachelors.
3 seater rooms are nice but 2 seater rooms feel congested. Toilets and bathrooms of one side don't have water most of the times. No recreational activities available apart from volleyball net. No nearby Market, canteen doesn't have snacks/beverages. Quite Atmosphere good for students, surroundings are green but too many insects and pest.

One of cheapest accomodation for boys students in Tricity with mess and library. The rooms are average. The food of mess is below par. Still the environment is unmatched.
Food is pathetic and also the cleanliness is not upto the mark, plus there is little problem of water availability in washrooms sometimes. Otherwise the stay here is good along with the facility of 24/7 library. Rooms are big enough and airy.
