Ordered Masala Dosa ( Rs. 140/-), Onion Uttapam (Rs.140/-)and Shrikhand (Rs.125/-) at Maharaja Kamath which has a tie up with the Hotel Maharana Inn located on the third floor. Approach to Kamath is from inside the hotel. Restaurant is spacious and almost everything vegetarian is being served price of which is just ok & found the quality of food ordered good!! The Kamath must have better cleanliness!! Enjoy and experience the taste yourself!!
They no longer serve the Thali which was what it's known for. The remaining menu is decent but it's too expensive compared to restaurants with similar food quality and ambience. To summarize in one sentence, Tasteless, overpirced, nothing worth remembering spot. Food was extremely tasteless, we order neer dosa, masala dosa, puri bhaji and sabudana khichadi and everything was though variety, was tasteless and bland. We assumed a hotel by the name Kamath would atleast have good south indian food but we were wrong. Even the filter coffee was very basic and not at all anything like a filter coffee.
