We had planned our trip to Vietnam and approached Mr.Uttam jain for visa processing , after taking all the details he told us that visa has been applied and shall receive within 3-4 business working days and can go ahead to book our trip tickets ( for which I clearly refused since we don't have visa in our hands) . But clearly he promised that visa is not a problem at all and books our tickets for May 1st. On April 29th Saturday after me calling him multiple times since we don't have time for travel , he calls in the noon and tells me that their is some problem with my visa and that it would take sometime, when asked how long will it take ( he replies telling that there are public holidays in Vietnam from May 1st to 3rd and I would receive post that ) Being a travel agent he did not even care to check the holidays mentioned in the website and book our tickets and later he charges us 21k for cancellation charges ??? Very very lethargic behaviour and worst attitude. Would never ever go to their agency for any kind of bookings . Please be careful while you deal with them

They get all your details. Let you know that package is in progress and never get in touch with you again. I have reached out to them couple times for 3n/4 day trip and all I hear from them is everything is progress.. I been 10 days now. Would not recommend them
We went Andaman Nicobar through Maharaja Travels, everything was fantastic, right from the time we landed till we boarded again. Hotels where good, the local guide and tour operators where good. Everything was top class without anything to complaint about. And the service of Bharat Bhai is just too good.
