I recently purchased a lot of things from this shop when I visited India , great quality things, also comparatively good prize , great experience, will visit again!

Too rude behaviour. Too much price. Exceptionally high discrimination amongst locals and tourists. Enter at your own risk. And beware of this man in the photo.

Father and son were friendly and helpful. They had a wonderful sense of humor. Loved their store and all the art pieces. Great bargain for foreigners and savvy locals

Very good service. In fact they helped us with many other things such as touring boats etc. If you want quality service with reasonable price - this is a must visit. Joshi Sir - meet him he is tye right person if you dont know much about Alleppey.

Never visit this shop for any purchase if you don't want to be looted. The shopkeeper quoted Rs. 400 as the final price for a 5 man boat. We then bought 4-5 other items and while billing he marked up the price to Rs 500 as he forgot what he had quoted initially. I pointed this to him and he got angry asking us to leave. This is why tourists are not preferring kerala anymore. A local like me had this experience and imagine how they loot others.

It was a good experience, the owner- Joshi, is very kind and helpful with good nature. The items avaliable at the store including spices and gifting items are also reasonable. He helped us with houseboat booking and the houseboat was awesome. Since we were tourist at Alleppey, we didnt knew much about it, but Joshi helped us a lot. Do visit his store , he is the best man ever that i have experienced at this place
