It will be crowded during peak hours (1-3), reasonable price, but the wait time is more.
A good and crowded place. Paused here for a tea break which was just fantastic. Didn't tasted the food but seeing the crowd, i can be sure that food served will also be good. They have a big parking space. They have options from food to tea to juices. Must visit here.
Maharaja Grand hotel is a pure vegetarian hotel and If you prefer Vegetarian cuisine, then this restaurant is worth visiting near Mandya. This place is known for delicious coffee and Onion Dosa. The hotel serves both south and north Indian foods. Car parking available in front of the hotel. The customer service is slightly slow and interaction should be improved by servers while dealing with customers.
Let's be fair - Mandya does not have too many options for a quick lunch break. This is where usual city buses stop for a break. The food is decent - nothing outstanding. The place is usually crowded since there are few restaurant arounds. The lunch veg meal was decent - some local dishes too. The Masala dada is pretty decent too - though not memorable. Recommended if you are out of options!
Awesome hotel to have a tasty vegetarian food in Mandya. We visited around 9.30 pm and it was full. We waited to get a seat. The service was very good. Whatever we ordered was given quickly and it was yummy to taste. The Maharaja special dosa and Mysore masala dosa were awesome. The items were very tasty and priced reasonably. A good vegetarian restaurant for those travelling from Bangaluru to Mysore. You can enjoy the food with family and friends. The roti Kari they provided was very good with two side dishes and roti at reasonable price. Final touch is the coffee and tea they provided. It was very tasty. I saw most of the people had the coffee during dinner. Don't miss, it just try it, You will love it.
It was a bit overcrowded when I visited this place. But otherwise the food was good. The surrounding walls were decorated with photos of buildings of great importance located in Mysore. Both self service and table service available.
